I went to Great Clips (Katy Mills) for the first time yesterday (5/3/26). I had an amazing experience with Ms. Tanya who gave me a great haircut for my pixie style! She made me feel comfortable and educated me on ingredients and products that would help with my scalp issues. She was fast and efficient and most importantly listened to what I wanted and how I wanted it. As long as she is at that location I will always be back!

What I didn't expect was how this visit would be truly life-changing. I had no idea the products I'd been using were so inadequate until she showed me what my hair actually needed. I was initially apprehensive about the upsell — I usually tune those out — but because of the excellent service and how well she listened, I decided to trust her and give the product a try.
