I have been struggling with neck and back pain. And nothing was working. I went to a physical therapist and my x-rays showed a curved spine, arthritis, something on my neck too. And it was not helping. I went to my doctor and was given tramadol for my pains. I was also having hot flashes more often and I take medicine for blood pressure and pre-diabetic. I am eating healthy, struggle to workout, looking weight to stay healthy. So I decided to try a massage. I went today after work 4/26/2024. And I was a little nervous it was my first time. Very pleasant experience.I found this little place while trying out new massage places.I've only gotten the basic massage which is foot + upper body. Very relaxing they do a great job.Some massage therapists have done better than others I wish they had business cards so I could choose the one that did the best job on me.They got great relaxing music and for the basic massage the room is open but usually its a nice and quiet.So far everyone is welcoming and good atmosphere.
