Joining F45 Cane Island has been one of the best decisions I’ve made! The coaches are incredibly motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping everyone succeed.The community is just as great—everyone is so welcoming and supportive, which makes every workout something I actually look forward to.

The positive energy, challenging workouts, and encouragement from both the coaches and members keep me coming back for more. I’m so glad I joined and highly recommend F45 Cane Island to anyone looking for a fun, motivating, and results-driven fitness community!

I absolutely love working out at F45 Cane Island! The workouts are fast-paced, effective, and always different, so you never get bored. The 45-minute format is perfect for fitting into a busy schedule but still getting an incredible workout in.

The coaches are amazing—super encouraging, knowledgeable, and always making sure you have proper form while pushing you to do your best. The energy in the studio is unmatched, and the community makes it even better. It truly feels like a team environment where everyone supports each other.

I’ve had a great experience at F45 Training, and a big part of that is the coaching staff. The coaches are incredibly motivating, knowledgeable, and always make sure you’re using proper form. They strike a perfect balance between pushing you to do your best and making sure you feel comfortable at your own fitness level. It doesn’t feel like just another workout class—it feels like a supportive community.
This 45 minutes is ME time..😊
