The medical care provided by Dr. Coat and Dr. Mitchell has been excellent. However, the front desk and administrative staff are very difficult to reach by phone, and when they do answer, communication is often unclear regarding doctors’ instructions, lab results, and appointments.

This is especially concerning for patients like my husband, who has a chronic illness and requires ongoing, coordinated care rather than a typical quick office visit.

If the clinic’s mission is to reflect Christ, then every part of the patient experience should do so. Christ brings clarity, answers questions, and serves others with love and excellence.
