Is the best place for everyone
The front desk staff are very nice and courteous, but they need to improve on informing the patients what is required for their appt at least two days prior to their appt and not 3 hours prior to your visit. Letting a patient know they have to pay $1300 the same day, 3 hours prior to their appt is inconsiderate to think that pt can afford to pay that amount! And they need to also verify pt’s insurance as whether pt’s insurance has expired, again at least 1-2 days prior to their appt! And also ask the patients whether or not if they had any surgeries within the last few months, so they will no they need to take an antibiotic 1 hr prior to services are rendered!!...read full review
