Everyone was so helpful, from receptionist, nurses, Doctors and optical. I had a very pleasant experience. I will recommend Berkeley Eye Center to all my friends and family. When someone ask where I got my glasses I will definitely tell them Berkeley Eye Center.
This was my first visit to Berkeley. My insurance changed and Berkeley accepted what I have.
I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism from everyone I encountered.
I am very happy with the care, kindness and service received. The wait time was very short and each question I had was answered respectfully and knowledgeably.
