After many years of wanting to get it done, then deciding against it, I finally got LASIK yesterday! It has only been 24 hours since I’ve had it done, but I already know that it was completely worth it! For anybody that has thought about it, just go ahead and bite the bullet. The procedure is painless, and only took maybe 5 minutes total! I was more nervous about this entire process than when I proposed to my fiancé and when we found out we were having a baby! I strongly recommend the staff, Madison (who ran the tests and answered every questions I had, before and while I was there), Alaina (who double checked my eyesight because I thought I may have told them the wrong answer) and Amanda (who made me the least nervous after explaining the entire procedure, aftercare, and prepped my eyes, all right before I went into the big room) and Dr. Paul Mann (who obviously performed the procedure)! I hope I got all of the names correct! Because of my experience yesterday, if I had to do it again, I would do it in a heartbeat!
Very pleasant experience from reception to the pre-exam through the examination. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional and I found Dr. Ustick to be very thorough and informative. Special shout out to Tiffany for her extraordinary customer care.
