Belinda was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They took time to understand exactly how I wanted my pet groomed and treated my 2 fur babies Winston and Rex with such care and gentleness. When I picked up my fur babies, they looked amazing — perfectly groomed, soft, and smelling wonderful! I can tell they were comfortable and well cared for the whole time. “I have been taking my Yorkie, Bailes, here for the last couple years and it’s always been a great experience! Typically, Victoria does Bailes grooming, but even when scheduling didn’t work and another groomer did it, Bailes has looked and smelled wonderful each time. Everyone who works at Its A Paw Thang has been super nice and very customer service forward, including the owner, who is very much involved in the day to day operations and clearly cares about her furry clients experience and their families. We haven’t done the self serve option, but I imagine it being a great option to have if needed.“

“American Pet Spa and Resort is awesome! We've boarded my dog, Penny, there twice and she absolutely loves it. The facility is clean, smells nice when you walk in, and the dogs have large, clean kennels with individual beds and bowls. There are also many opportunities for play time and they are given walks often in the wooded area attached to the facility. The staff also gave her a lot of attention and affection. I felt she was getting much love there. We recently did the two-week board and train with onsite dog trainer, Yana. She is an excellent trainer and kept us abreast of how Penny was doing with her training. She learned a lot in the short period of time. I would highly recommend this place for boarding, doggie daycare, and training. I'm so glad we found it... it's a hidden gem.“
