Our sweet Polo crossed over the rainbow on 2/14/26, after 13.5 years of borrowed time, and he wouldn’t have had the life he had without this great team.

“My mom brought her cat here, and she hasn't stopped talking about how amazing everyone was! The ladies at the front desk were so kind, and Miranda, the technician, and the doctors took such great care of our fur baby.

Everyone was welcoming, compassionate, and quick to help. Miranda even walked my mom out to her car, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The entire staff made this the best veterinary experience we've had.

“This is the best veterinary around! Beautiful large and clean facility and you don't have to wait long at all. Caring vet and techs. I've been to a few vets nearby and Bartonville Veterinary Center is the best of them all. Plus, my dog had major surgery there earlier this year and Dr. Cordero did a wonderful job.“

There was an issue with one of our dogs that required medication and the manager went to our vet herself to drop off and pick up the medications to make sure we had a worry free vacation (out of state) and our pet stayed happy and healthy. She kept in contact with us the whole time giving us updates on everything! I could not be happier with our experience!“
