I have major “dentist fear” but for a few years now I’ve been trusting Dr.Koch’s expertise and especially the whole staff is like being among friends for me. I feel really taken care of, they all go out of their way to be helpful, courteous and supportive. Hometown comfort, but when it comes to technology they have what you’d expect in a big city. I’m grateful they’re here !

They have always been very flexible, reliable and dependable. To name a couple of people, Elissa in the Silsbee office has always been cheerful and a great person to deal with. Barry from the Orange office is always good to hear on the other end of a call. One of these days I'll actually find out what he looks like. I've had a great experience with Minton. They did a total rewire on a house I bought that had aluminum wiring. Their attention to detail was excellent, they explained the process very well and they kept a very clean work area. They worked with my contractor to schedule the job with minimal disruption to the remodel project, and their knowledge of codes and their advice was very thorough. For example, they were able to advise me on locating switches and outlets so that the house would be safer, more convenient and intuitive to live in on a daily basis. Their follow through and response to phone calls has always been quick and I've learned I can count on them whenever I have questions or an issue that needs addressing. Lastly, this was a big job and I think their pricing was fair and thoroughly detailed with no last minute surprises. I made changes during the process and each time I was advised on how that would impact the cost of the project, both up and down. Electrical systems are not something to skimp on. Do it right the first time with people that are licensed, experienced and customer focused. Minton Electric was recommended by my real estate agent and it was an excellent recommendation.

When I booked the appointment she explained in detail how to prepare, and during the session she explained and even demonstrated what I needed to do to get the best result. I’ve practiced with Shona for several years and love her classes, teaching style and the atmosphere of the studio is calming, yet fun. I’ve attended yoga classes at other studios, but have yet to find one I like as much as Shona’s. She’s a wonderful instructor and beautiful person.

This is one of the best Merle Norman Cosmetic Studios I have been in. If use you Merle Norman cosmetics and skin care products I highly recommend stopping in to see Ms. Kim Morgan. She will set you up! I went in needing a skin care/facial product. She described two possible MN products that might be what I needed (at least one of them). She gave me the pricing for both products, but gave me a sample of the one I wanted to try - the Exfoliating Charcoal Scrub. So far, I have not been disappointed with the facial scrub. She also has a variety of gifts/merchandise in her shop. Kim was so friendly and a down-to-earth people person. She displays the best demeanor in customer service! It’s so hard nowadays to find a company like this that you can trust and depend on. These folks are the real deal. They’re a hometown family business in Jasper that has been around for generations (and I’m in Lumberton!). I met them a few years ago when they installed my Generac home generator, now they’ve done my central AC. They also do my generator maintenance twice a year. I trust them completely, they’re super-skilled, and the quality of their work is A++. I haven’t said anything about their prices, but that’s always one of the priorities when you’re shopping. Their pricing for the generator was a lot less than all of the Beaumont area dealers, same with the new AC. They’re not in business to grow huge and make a bunch of money, they’re just a reputable quality family business that has been around forever. Talking to them and dealing with them is as comfortable as dealing with family and friends. You really can’t help but become friends with all of them!! Good folks!! Jasper Saw and Mower is my go to for repair on lawn mower, saw, blower, and mower blades. The repair man does great work and office person are very helpful.
