July 1, 2023 will be my eight months in with this gym. I have worked the programs offered, gone 3-5 days per week since starting. I with the help of motivational coaches, a great core team (Shout-out to my 6am class!!) a consistent workout carpool buddy. This gym has helped me refocus my life and drop nearly 40 lbs. admittedly I have another 40lbs. to loose, but in a class of Rockstars I feel like I belong there. Even the most fit athletes seem to enjoy offering help and accountability. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to make a life change for the cost of a Starbucks coffee daily.

I recently attended Adamas CrossFit with my wife, and we had a fantastic experience. The coaches were knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and they provided excellent guidance throughout our workouts. The facilities were top-notch, with plenty of space for weightlifting and functional movements.One of the things I appreciated most about Adamas CrossFit was the sense of community. Everyone there was friendly and supportive, and it was clear that the coaches and members alike were invested in each other's success. I love this place. a group of members who not only want to see you succeed, but also help drive you to meet your goals. The coaching team is kind and understanding of an old fat guy trying to make changes. however they do push me to do more. happy to be a part of this team.
