They don't communicate well, when you call to check on your equipment that is being repaired. No return calls. Then end up wasting a trip when it's not ready. This aspect of the business needs to be corrected. Communication should be clear and understood...not vague.

At first there was a misunderstanding with paper work and receipts, but they've gotten it all cleared up with great customer service.I would definitely take anything knowing they'll take care of it with no problems. Great place and great employees
