The new roofing job they did is so much better quality than the original as it relates to the attention to detail in the shingle placement, vents' positioning, and aesthetics. Shay was the point of contact in the office and she was very patient with my questions and took care of me. When the insurance company was taking time to do their part, she encouraged me to be patient myself and handled everything. She and Jacob Ortiz, the site manager, reminded me repeatedly that as the customer, my sanctification was their priority. Jacob took me from day 1, the inspection, to the installation on the last day, ensuring I fully understood what was going to happen.
