Had an issue with a portion of my coating. They came out and replaced the potion and the color match was outstanding. Friendly crew. Exceptional service. We want to thank Cheryl Richards, GM, Ontario Office and Caitlyn Griffing, Administrator, Texas office, for their outstanding customer service. After a lot of research, we went with Rubaroc for our pool surround. We loved the finished look and got many compliments. But, after a few years, we did have issues -- not with the product, but with the installation provided by the Rubaroc Representative.
