I have used Superior Floors for almost 3 years and I can’t say enough about this, if I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. Every one of the sales reps is customer focused. I have loved working with Lorena, Trevor and Sky. They go out of their way at all costs to make me feel heard. The installers are happy, friendly and enjoy hearing they are doing a fabulous job. This is where its at too, the installers are the boots ensuring we get those amazing installations which in turn makes everyone happy! Keep up the amazing work Superior!
As a District Property Manager I’ve been working with superior floors for years and they always come through. I can’t say how many times they have saved us with quick installs, occupied replacements, or just the everyday make ready. I especially appreciate working with Lisa!!! She has the best customer service, she will find a way to make things happen, and she’s generally just an awesome person!! I recommend them to anyone and everyone with flooring needs. I have used Superior Floors for my properties flooring needs for the last 7 years. Customer service is top notch. I cannot recommend them enough. Such a wonderful company, they have gone above and beyond for me.
