We worked mainly with Adam who guided us through the whole process and was patient with us as we had to wait for our HOA to approve the installation and new color for tiles.
Through the whole process Adam kept us informed of the work schedule and timeline. He always came to ensure oversight and informing us of any updates. The project was completed within the time frame provided.

Their inspector came out and started showing us all these problems with our roof, and telling us how it was installed incorrectly and that if we tried to file a claim on it the insurance company would deny it because of poor workmanship. He knew exactly what kind of roof we had, came out a couple of hours later, and tacked the shingle back in place. He also did some very minor repairs.
