Wanted so badly to give Eli and his company a great review. But after having 2 ducted minisplit systems installed in a duplex I have and neither of them working properly.... and Eli not honoring his 1 year service contract and not answring emails, texts or phone calls I had to call a seperate Daiken dealer only to find out the systems he installed for each side of the duplex were both undersized for the area and improperly installed. Having to have them completely replaced or supplement with window units is my only option. Sad to say I cannot recommend Eli or Express Aire Solutions to anyone. My hvac was installed in my new build poorly by these guys. There are multiple issues with the installation including using styrofoam instead of a metal casing, duct work not properly sealed, and no water shut off valve. I tried calling them and get in contact with a guy named Marvin but no response. Starting to seem like they are dodging me. My hvac is still under warranty so just trying to talk to someone who can help

Awesome company to work with! Our heater went out in the winter and they got out and installed a whole unit system and did an awesome job. Great group of guys. Honest and reliable. Highly recommended!!
