Wow! This company restored my faith in the industry. The company was very courteous and professional on the phone. They sent a technician, Charles, out right away. I lost my heat after a power surge. Charles diagnosed my problem and showed me what was wrong. He diagnosed the issue and his office went the extra mile to find a new controller board because their local supplier was out of stock. The next day they came and made the repair. Charles was on time to both appointments. He is friendly and approachable. He performed the repair in good time and then showed me that everything was back up and running. I was happy to have the same technician who did the diagnosis also...read full review
Just switched to Spencer air. The receptionist is thorough and took good notes on our situation. The technician she sent out fit what was needed. He was informed of the notes, professional, and everything they said they do when I called to get a quote, they actually did when they arrived. I appreciate the transparency and thoroughness in communication from start to finish.
It is nice to find a Heating and Air Conditioning company that comes to your door and checks the system to make sure everything is working properly. Too many other companies send a sales person posing as a technician for the annual check up. I highly recommend Spencer. They are a very good company.
