I was on a certain prescription given me from my Dr in Iowa (during the Summer) Dr Rosenquist was given the information. But she ignored my Iowa Dr & decided to start me all over AGAIN on the lowest dose. However I had been thru All of this in Iowa until Dr got the correct dose!But No Rosenquist starts me out all over again. I called the office to tell them I’d been thru all the low doses before. Please send the correct dose that works for me. So again she sends the next dose up. Still ignoring me!! Why start all over “again”?? So I called to tell her little helper & even spelled it to her. Does not listen to the patient. I’ve had my disease for 25 years and know how it has been monitored and treated by my doctors through the years. Explained my yearly labs to her and she said “insurance doesn’t pay for those labs”. I explained they have every year and when med adjustments occur. She said ok but never ordered the labs. Had to go back in and request the appropriate labs a second time and then she saw (only because I demanded) that my meds needed adjusted. How can you get it wrong when all the information was provided to you ma’am? I’m an RN and would never treat a patient like you treated me. It’s shameful and borders malpractice.

customer service is HORRIBLE. both dealing with nurses and whoever deals with phone calls. I’ve been calling all week and getting put on hold and sent to voicemail, never ever receive a call back. Finally, someone today answered, put me on hold, when she came back I informed her all that I had to deal with this week, and that I needed my shot records, that’s ALL I needed, all week, no response.She asks for my date of birth and email and says “ok i’ll send it” and then hangs up in my face.
