The doctors, such as Dr. Aiena and Dr. Rosenquist, are praised for their compassion, attentiveness, and ability to help patients take control of their health. Everyone is super nice and welcoming. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Aiena is the best, answers all questions, and listens to his patients. Dr. Rosenquist is very good and careful to get all information needed to provide the proper care. Patients appreciate the personalized care they receive and feel safe knowing their care will be followed. The clinic is a gem for the community with a warm and friendly environment.
I've been a patient at HFM for two years and have only had excellent experiences. Dr. Aiena always takes great care of me when I'm in the office and answers my (often many) questions. In the past year I had two occasions to interact with the practice during urgent medical issues and those experiences where just as good. From being fit in the same day I suffered a head injury to Dr. Chang taking a weekend call, the quality of care was always exemplary. Brenda and Jacqui keep the front office running! Everyone is kind, compassionate, friendly and welcoming.
Everyone was super nice and welcoming starting from check in at the front desk. Nurse was very friendly while taking vitals. Of course Dr. Aiena is the best. He answered all my questions. Very pleased with my visit.
