I started as a new patient in February 2023 and I am so happy that I did! Every visit so far has been top notch. I came in to get a cleaning just to test the waters and I was thoroughly impressed from the second I walked in the door. The staff members are all happy and willing to help in any way possible. The office is absolutely pristine and up to date on the most current technology. I now have Invisalign thanks to Kings Oak and the staff has been calling to check in every few weeks to make sure everything is to my satisfaction and it absolutely is. Dr. Souri has called me personally to check-in! I mean what dentist do you know that does that?! At other places I went to in the past, the most I would get (if at all) was a call from an unhappy and underpaid receptionist. That is not the way that Dr. Souri runs her practice and I am so thankful that she genuinely cares and stays in communication with her patients. Dr. Souri goes over and beyond to ensure all patients receive the best care possible. She is very personable while being professional. Dr. Souri takes the time to actually listen to her patients and work collaboratively with you to ensure the best dental care available for your situation. 5 star visit EVERY time!
