Maria got me settled in right away and made the process smooth from the start. She quickly handled my X-rays with efficiency and professionalism, which immediately put me at ease.
Ester was not only absolutely beautiful, but also incredibly knowledgeable. Once my X-rays were complete, she walked me through the breakdown of everything, treatment, billing, and next steps in a way that was clear, thorough, and easy to understand. That level of transparency meant a lot to me.
Liz was wonderful in helping me get all my documents signed and took the time to answer every question I had without making me feel rushed. Her patience and kindness really stood out.
Amy made what could have been an uncomfortable periodontal cleaning feel surprisingly gentle. She was so kind, attentive, and careful throughout the entire process. It made a huge difference.
I also have to mention how accommodating the office was overall. I forgot my headphones, but they were completely understanding and kind about me listening to my favorite radio station out loud, which helped keep me calm and comfortable.
&& a BIG shoutout to Doctor Ortega. His calming presence made all the difference. He convinced me (thankfully!) to get numbed before my tooth extraction, and then handled everything so quickly and skillfully. It took under 3 minutes to pull the tooth. The entire process, including numbing, extraction, bone graft, and stitch, was done in under 10 minutes. I was honestly amazed.
What really stood out was how in-sync the team was. While my music was playing, Doctor Ortega and his assistant (I wish I remembered her name!) were moving in rhythm. Focused, efficient, and clearly working together seamlessly. It was a perfect example of teamwork makes the dream work.
Overall, I felt completely at home. The level of care, efficiency, and kindness from every single person I interacted with made this one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had.
