This place is an actual JOKE. I have been here a hand full of times and each time there is something that goes wrong. Today they scheduled me on a day they weren't even open and online it says they are open and they most definitely are not and it's a Wednesday??? Also, one of the times I was here, they detected that I had a few cavities and when I declined to get them fixed to see if I could get a second opinion, they made me feel bad about it and said, "Well you might want to get those fixed soon or you could have a root canal and that's thousands of dollars." I understand that we're trying to help, I guess??? But they tried to make me scared of denying their services....read full review

Customer Service terrible! I did not make it through the check in because I was told to sign in and sit down because they were still at lunch. Then the woman just walked away. The woman never even said hello. Me and my husband told the girl outside no thank you we will find another dentist.

This place is a 100% joke! Do not waste your time making an appointment at Sorry Dental Care. I called and made an appointment and was sent the pre-paperwork packaged to complete so I completed it then returned it back as requested. I showed up and the receptionist said "Oh, thank you for sending in the Pre Info package". I waited a bit and then she said I wasn't scheduled there...so, we worked that part out and indeed I did have an appointment there. I took X Rays and then laid down in the chair. The hygentist came in and showed me my teeth where there is some plaque, build up, blah blah blah and started trying to tell me I needed all this special treatment done. Now...read full review
