Sarah is amazing! Dropped in one day in between meetings and caught one of her yoga meditation classes and felt instantly grateful for the day. She's such a bubbly, light of energy! Come for yoga as she would say but stay for the health of it. Thanks Sarah for being an inspiration.
Sarah was amazing! She is a very dynamic instructor and put together a session that best fit our needs. And it was the perfect environment, the studio is lovely and clean! I would definitely recommend
