The staff members have received praise for their exceptional service and expertise, though there have been reports of vandalism at the location, leading to concerns about safety. Despite its many amenities and services, the club's lack of sufficient security presence and failure to alert members to incidents have led to feelings of unease and a decline in customer satisfaction. The club is described as a great athletic support system for all ages and stages of physical health, offering a wide variety of workout equipment, recovery and relaxation services, and even a cafe all in one location. Customers also have access to bonus places like an activity center and mother's rooms. The membership can be pricey, and the staff can be overzealous with upsells, but the customer service is stellar, and there are flexible membership options, including a digital workout platform, making it a top-notch gym experience. Customers have praised the staff, particularly Brittney, for their professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor during the tour and enrollment process. Brittney was able to highlight the family-friendly features of the gym and ensure the customer had all the information needed to make an informed decision. Another customer, Diana, was also commended for her assistance in getting the customer back enrolled and helping them find classes and a trainer.
Can’t even begin to describe how much the environment in this gym has improved. The GM Matt is by far the best GM that I’ve seen at this location in the 17 years I’ve been going. The friendliness of the staff, the greeting and the smiling faces in the front lobby, the cleanliness, and the overall culture is outstanding. The service and smiles in the cafe is outstanding. This club truly does deserve recognition as a whole for the tremendous improvement.

I was recently sideswiped in the parking lot by one of their contracted security guards. Unfortunately, the driver didn't accept responsibility for the fault and didn't have insurance. I got told by the staff that one of the managers was going to reach out to provide me with camera footage but they never did. Although, the security guard works for a third-party vendor LT should really look into who they hire and have responsible personnel to represent their brand.
Other than that I've been a frequent member for the past five years and have seen the management team try to improve the quality of the gym. It sucks that something preventable could change my mind on...read full review
To whom it may concern, Jeremy has been an inspiration to my son and to myself. My son is suffering from a kidney disease. And Jeremy has been instrumental and trying to uplift him and show him specific exercises to enhance his kidney function. Also with myself. I'm suffering from muscle or activity. And I am now getting my goals set with Jeremy. He's like the Sun. I would be glad to have and he cares about his. But a week he cares about his profession. And he cares about his clients. He goes above and beyond and you should be elated to have someone in this company that shines this. Well, thank you for having him here.
