Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional, including (if not especially : ) the woman at the front desk. Almost immediately, I was taken back and provided 2 hours of quality time, most of it with Dr. Xia. Dr. Xia was kindly patient with my elaborations while keeping the interview moving. I felt heard as he listened, typing everything I said into my chart. He made recommendations and told me what was next. I left with an after-visit report, and received a call the next day to schedule that next step. I feel confident going forward that I will receive quality care.
