Terrible experience here on multiple occasions. Damaged my agent provocateur pj top that cost $400. They originally said they would replace the pearl buttons they broke, it has been 10months and I still do not have my top returned to me.

On a different occasion I took a brand new Maria Lucia hohan dress in to be cleaned before a gala. It is fragile and they said it would be no problem and took it in to be cleaned. I went to pick up the item same day of the gala. My dress was completely ruined and unwearable. The VOE GALA was Feb 1st and we are almost into May. My dress is still in his post just like my top. Would give zero stars if I could!!! $70 for 8 items. All shirts and shorts. Wow! Should have know to check the $9.00 each price before I dropped off. Asked to speak to manager to see if they could help. The Owner told me sorry that’s our price and can’t help out. Just really angry about charging this. Called the cleaner down the street and I have a new place less than half the price!!!!!
