He's also very attentive to a couple injuries I arrived with, and he has pushed me to strengthen those without taking it too far and aggravating them. I originally planned this as a pre-wedding training package, but I now intend to stick with it long-term!“

He was waiting for me inside the door to discuss what I needed work on/why which was great. I am active duty in the US Army so I work out and run twice a day. I do personal physical therapy but John was hitting pressure points I didn’t know I needed to be massaged. I was put into a trance. He was extremely nice and accommodating. Lighting was perfect , relaxation music was perfect, and he also asked if I wanted the heated table or not . ( I wouldn’t have known it was heated and loved it ) I enjoyed it enough to book a second massage a week later before leaving town! LOL!

I worked primarily with Jessica and Kaitlin, and they were both extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and accommodating. They were not only able to show me what exercises/stretches would help with my issues, but they also took the time to explain the physiology behind it and identify what current habits might be causing these issues. Highly recommend!“

I love that there is a supportive community among members. Even if you are new or struggling, other members are friendly and cheering you on. It is a much better environment than working out alone in a gym.
The coaches here are wonderful! If you want to start your day right, I recommend the morning classes with Willow, Tara, and Edgar. They are attentive, supportive, motivating, and will make sure that you are exercising safely. The drills are intense, but they make it a fun experience. Cheers!“

When I first showed up, I couldn’t walk anywhere without a cane. Now, the cane is not used at all.If you want to keep up with the world and age a bit more gracefully, this is the place for you. Don’t be fooled, you can really sweat here if you so choose, or just work to improve balance and mobility.Highly recommended! Great place run by great people!“
