I can’t recommend this business enough! So satisfied with my service! Clothes smelled so great and folded beautifully. Customer service was the best! Communication was so so easy and booking was incredibly easy. Thank you for the best experience! I will forever be a customer.

I live at Pearl Rosemont, and Tide comes by every Tuesday and Friday. I was new to this program, however Erik was super helpful in providing all the information regarding pricing for Tide, and very responsive. Got my shirt on time before I went out of town for a wedding. Will be using in the future.

I’ve used Tide Laundry service 3 times now and it has been a great experience each time. Friendly reminders of pick-up days and no pressure to continue using the service. I use it to launder my bedding and bath mats that take up more time and space. I highly recommend their service.
