Went to the shoe 👠 hospital attached. They have new manager you must pay before they start the work.
They did not have my shoes back on time as promised nor was this quality work. I have been going to this location for years. They been better.

I've been coming here for a long time and they've been so good to me. The customer service is great, location and prices are pretty good, and my clothes are always neatly altered and throughly cleaned. Thank you!

The dry cleaning was ok considering what they charge. What makes it worse is the lack of customer service.

I waited for about 5 min till someone from the Houston Shoe Hospital checked in with me. Then it was another few minutes before the lady showed up.
When I went back to pick up the coat, I had to wait yet again AND they had trouble finding the article.
There was no apology for the delay. WOW!
