Lakisha quickly assisted a customer with a forklift, while Shayla provided great alternatives for a product on recall. Despite some challenges, customers feel lucky to have this Home Depot available, even if it is about 20 miles from home. The only negative feedback noted is related to the store's policy on no will-call for drywall.

I walked into Home Depot looking for one very specific screw to finish assembling a bed that was missing hardware. Dennis could have easily told me they were out of stock since the screws weren’t where they were supposed to be.
Instead, he searched drawer after drawer until he found exactly what I needed.
At one point he said, “It’s important that you get what you need.” That simple statement stuck with me because it showed he genuinely cared. Something that mattered to me mattered to him.

Dennis had such a great attitude and positive energy! His customer service was amazing! Morgan and Dennis went out of their way to find us a grill for Father’s Day! Thank you guys!
Had great help locating what I was searching for. However, checking out was more of a hastle. I'm a veteran. So you have to scan your drivers license or other digital ID to get you discount. Then when I went to pay with my credit card,(which I had just used at another location) the system would not accept my card. (Card has been working fine since then too)
Checkout staff didn't really have the time to assist. So I left what I was going to purchase, and left. I will shop somewhere else. They also need to replace the tattered U.S. Flag that they are flying.
