OHHH my God.. where do I start. First of all, I called on a Saturday after driving by this place following a horrible experience with another salon. I was left with a crazy haircut and in desperate need of help. I spoke with a super nice receptionist and they explained that I would see a Level 1 specialist who goes through a training with the salon so they made me feel better about booking this appt. They explained that the veterans have 3 month wait times, etc. I saw Chloe Rose who listened to my needs and absolutely nailed every one of them AND THEN SOME. Their location is super convenient and I love that they have valet parking! Everyone in the salon is super helpful and very attentive.
It’s always squeaky clean and is so cute inside.
The stylists are very skilled. I have seen Stephanie for coloring a haircut and hair extensions. And I’ve also seen Leana as well. They are both great! They listen to what your hair needs and concerns are and I always leave with a beautiful outcome.
