They were super sweet and made your feel extremely comfortable. I am not a big makeup person and was really looking for a soft bridal glow and my makeup artist (Diane) was the sweetest and she definitely understood and delivered! “I was on vacation from out of state. I was having an emergency situation with my hair extension. I called Southern Sass and the owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The shop was not open that day but she suggested to meet me at her salon for a repair. She did an incredible job and was quite knowledgeable. I'm What's best, her daughter had gotten sick prior to our appointment but the owner showed up anyway!!!! She didn't even want to charge me for the service but I insisted. The salon is clean, large and well designed. Look for this shop's expansion coming soon which will provide spa services, etc. I would definitely select this salon for all my hair needs if I lived in the Wilmington area, and would go back for services anytime when in the area. If 6 stars were available, I would certainly rate this hair salon a 6! Thank you. Great experience!“
