Fantastic, amazing, professional, prompt, kind, very accommodating company. I contacted Jamal about 10:30 am, I wanted him to check my second floor ac unit, which was not blowing any air at all. He expressed he would have a tech at my home later on that day between 2-5, his tech Andres sent me a reminder that he was on the way at 1:36, he arrived at 2pm sharp. I told him the issues I was having he immediately headed to the unit’s location, within 10 mins he located my issues a busted jammed fan, he also contacted my units manufacturer while he was in process of diagnosing the issues, for warranty coverage, just fantastic! It does not leave me feeling feel great to be charged $800 for $75 of parts and 1.5 hours of work. Am I glad my AC works again...yes. We're they quick and polite...yes. Hence, 3 stars. But do I feel a little taken advantage of...yes. Will I use them again or recommend them to neighbors...no. Consider shopping around unless you need it fixed quick.Service: A/C system repair
