Dr. Randy Luo is one of the kindest doctors you’ll ever meet. He also is a superb surgeon. during 2024, he performed surgeries to correct problems caused by a severe type of arthritis. In February 2025, I took a fall down four steps. Unfortunately, it did a lot of damage. I have had multiple surgeries, including one by Dr. Lou when months after the injury they found things that were crushed in one hand. The first thing that was corrected by a doctor where we live was taking care of a crushed elbow. It was the worst they had ever seen. Dr. Randy Luo and his staff are very understanding on your pain and the decisions you feel that needs to be done. If anyone ever need a good hand surgeon I'll be glad to refer this office. To the doctor and the staff, I thank you very much for seeing me.
Dr. Randy Luo did an excellent job with my wrist surgery. From the beginning, he was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He answered my questions, monitored my healing closely, and put me on the right path to recovery. I'm grateful for the care he provided and would absolutely recommend him as a hand surgeon.
The only area that needs improvement is the nursing/front office staff. While Dr. Luo was outstanding, my experience with some of the staff wasn't the same. Communication and professionalism could definitely be better, and I think additional customer service training would go a long way.
