Spring Branch Community Health Center - Pitner Clinic is praised for its exceptional staff, who are friendly, helpful, and caring. The doctors are highly commended for their concern and special treatment towards patients. The facility is clean and welcoming, making it a top-rated clinic that is well worth a visit. Patients mention that the front desk was not so professional, however everyone else in the back were helpful, kind, patient and easy to communicate with. It was easy to make an appointment. The receptionist, the nurse and the doctor were really helpful, efficient, also very nice. Patients are very happy with their visits and definitely will come back and recommend this place.
Today I took my granddaughter for her one year vaccinations. Dr Taylor (from the beginning) was very welcoming, attentive, informative and asked questions, plus gave us very great advice for our little one. It's always great to know there's doctors that truly care for their patients ❤️ Keep up the OUTSTANDING service you provide ❤️
I personally think this clinic is pretty darn good. It gets a bad rep because of the location and the fact there is a WIC office right next to it in the same lobby. Don’t believe the bs. The staff is always great and Billy Marsh is the kind of specialists I’d prefer to have on my team. I’ve personally never had an issue coming here. If you’r looking for a community clinic to fill your medical needs give the Pitner Clinic Community Health Center a shot.
Treating clients with dignity and professionalism is always a great sign you're in good hands.
Every one from the receptionist and in take nurses were outstanding. I've been seen by 3 physicians at this clinic and first and foremost they are approachable professionals.
Dr Marsh is easy to talk to and he listens.
The building could use some major renovations but that's not the important thing when you're getting excellent treatment.
