Spring Branch Community Health Center - Pitner Clinic is praised for its exceptional staff, who are friendly, helpful, and caring. The doctors are highly commended for their concern and special treatment towards patients. The facility is clean and welcoming, making it a top-rated clinic that is well worth a visit. Patients mention that the front desk was not so professional, however everyone else in the back were helpful, kind, patient and easy to communicate with. It was easy to make an appointment. The receptionist, the nurse and the doctor were really helpful, efficient, also very nice. Patients are very happy with their visits and definitely will come back and recommend this place.
I absolutely love this doctor’s office! The entire staff has been so kind, patient, and helpful with both me and my baby girl. They even helped me figure out how to remove the base from my car seat, it’s been 16 years since I’ve had a small baby, so I was a little rusty! 😂
Dr. Ross is AMAZING! I love her so much already. She’s always so nice, bubbly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. My 1st time at this clinic. The staff was super nice. Very attentive and very helpful. Dr. Marsh conducted himself in a very professional manner. I would definitely refer this clinic to family and friends.
My experience at the clinic has gone extremely good. I would go there more often if it was closer for me, and definitely recommend family and friends. The staff and Dr. Billy are very awesome and they make you feel comfortable. Dr. Billy has treated me with respect and listen to my concerns and did something about it. I will miss him the most.
