Gregory was thorough and explained what needed to be fixed. I especially like that mission sends a picture of technician so I know that is the person from Mission. I also appreciate that they use shoe covers in my house! Adrian and his partner came today to fix our AC since the part had to be ordered. They also did a great job and now our AC works, but someone will be back to fix our damper tomorrow since they didn’t tell Adrian about that part of the job. Overall, we are very satisfied!
