Bought a house in September 2022. Around Christmas we noticed our heat was not running properly so we called Doug and he came out the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable and beyond professional. He showed pride in his work and explained everything he did. Our heating and air works so good now. I was so impressed. Doug Lester has gained a lifetime customer I highly recommend him!!!
Moses replaced our ancient air conditioners in a high rise building apartment. They were prompt, friendly, thorough, professional, safe, and cleaned up. Tricky installation went very smoothly. They even sent out an additional crew to make sure the work was completed when promised. And they made sure that we understood how to work all the new equipment.
I called Doug Lester at 10PM on a Friday night because I needed my AC serviced. He arrived by 10:30, diagnosed my problem, fixed it, and evaluated my HVAC system as well as gave me many helpful suggestions. He didn't talk down to me, wasn't afraid to get dirty, and he has a wealth of knowledge that you don't usually see in the "big name" service companies. I can recommend him 100%.
