Klein Funeral Homes provides excellent and professional service to families during difficult times. Their team is patient, supportive, and takes great care in ensuring that every detail is perfect. They are skilled in preparing the deceased for viewing and burial, and their attention to detail is impressive. The staff is easy to talk to and works closely with families to make the funeral arrangement process as smooth as possible. While there may be some delays in certain aspects, such as headstone placement, the overall experience with Klein Funeral Homes is positive and appreciated.
Losing a loved one is never easy, but the Klein Funeral Home made a difficult time so much more manageable after the sudden passing of my mother. Our funeral director, Vanessa, was truly incredible. She spoke Spanish effortlessly with my family, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and well informed throughout the entire process. She was clear, considerate and attentive to our wishes, making sure every detail was handled with care. The services were beautifully organized and we felt supported at every step of the way. Johnny did a great job on making sure that everything was perfect for my mom‘s viewing and burial. I personally was not going to view my mother‘s body because she had deteriorated so much in the last four months of her life But, much to my surprise, they did an exquisite job on my mom‘s hair and make up, and she looked absolutely beautiful! The only issue I have is that my mother was buried on September 28 and today is January 20 and we still don’t have the headstone in place. Disappointed about that.
