Johnny did a great job on making sure that everything was perfect for my mom‘s viewing and burial. I personally was not going to view my mother‘s body because she had deteriorated so much in the last four months of her life But, much to my surprise, they did an exquisite job on my mom‘s hair and make up, and she looked absolutely beautiful! The only issue I have is that my mother was buried on September 28 and today is January 20 and we still don’t have the headstone in place. Disappointed about that.

FANTASTIC team!!. Tom, our funeral director took great care of us. We were also privileged to work with other directors; Maddison, Bill....they were all very patient and supportive throughout the preparation of my mom's final rites.Truly grateful for their excellent and professional service.It's hard going through the loss of a loved one but having the right people in place for the funeral arrangements means a whole lot. This Klien team was a blessing to us. Thank you! God bless everyone of you.If I could give more stars? I would, cos they deserve it?

Absolute great team. They explained things easily, was affordable (in the realm of funeral costs) and worked with me closely when we had to raise hell with the DR that wouldn't sign the death certificate. Ashley & Madison were FANTASTIC and easy to talk to and really took care of us. Hopefully I don't have to use them again for a long time - but when the time comes I will recommend them to anyone.
