Fixed my sister's AC in a snap. Any other person could have said that the outside unit's motor was blown and taken her for a ride. Instead it was a bad $60 capacitor. Honest and knows the trade well. I have used him several times over the years. My got to AC guy.

Other reviews related to Home Warranty. I worked directly with King Freeze. I got 3 quotes from HVAC companies but Al from King Freeze gave me the most competitive price estimate to replace a Complete AC unit for a Condo investment property. That is the Furdown and Condenser Unit with the crane for the 3rd story top roof Installation. Al was arrived the next day to give an estimate and got the work done in a few days. Now we have COOL AC! Yes! Highly Recommended Professional.
