Excellent service. I went through our home warranty company and they referred us to RLC. RLC called to set an appointment within two hours for the next day. Tech Chris came out EARLY and fixed the issue with our AC straight away (blown capacitor). I very much appreciated Chris' friendly demeanor. Will definitely recommend.

We have been using RLC services for the past few years, both for annual service and thermostat replacement when we moved into the property. Their technicians have always been cheerful and friendly and on time.

We are super thankful for the service we received today. Our heat had been out for the past three days but with the holidays we waited to contact our home warranty today the 2nd. Within 10 minutes of scheduling the service Lucy called to let me know a technician would be out within 15 minutes. The gentlemen showed up and fixed our issue quickly and our heat is working. I appreciate the professionalism of all of your staff abs how quickly they responded. Thank you so much!
