We have a home warranty company and they were a pain to work with. JM went above and beyond to work with them, keep us in the loop (more than the warranty co did) and get us the replacement we needed. They were so kind when we were so stressed. I can’t give enough stars to thank them.

Have called on JM Appliance many times. Always very willing to help get you out of a jam. Very nice family run business. Have always been given very good service and very affordable.

Guessed wrong on fridge icemaker needed. Second one installed and put in new water/air valve. Now the icemaker works but there is a loud squeal every time the water refills the icemaker. It was very quiet prior to the changed water/air valve. Updated: After calling to ask for a check on the noise, they arrived the same day and replaced the water valve. After 24 hours, I still haven't heard a sound from the water valve. Very pleasant and friendly. Glad it was fixed.
