The staff are nice and great you promptly. If you need an accommodation they make sure to do their best to make it happen for you. It was clean and the service was super fast I was in and out. The veterinarian listened to all of my concerns and made sure they were all answered by the time we left.
We’ve taken our 7 year old Husky here for 6 years and have recently taken our pup. The staff always takes great care of our pups and listen to our concerns! They handle our pets so well!
I brought my cat in because I was worried about his breathing, and my regular vet recommended Thrive for x-rays. Everyone was so kind and made him feel comfortable right away. The vet tech had me laughing throughout the entire visit with the conversations she was having with my cat.
The vet called the same day with the results, took the time to explain everything, and really put my mind at ease. The cost was also in line with what I expected based on x-ray prices in the Houston area.
Overall, it was a great experience. I'll definitely bring my little monster back again.
