The service I received at this location was beyond phenomenal. Chandra was very helpful in advising my direction throughout the process making me feel a at home experience. though it was my first time visiting this location. Overall, it was extraordinary and the assistance outstanding I would recommend anyone to visit this location.
I had a very good experience with Ms.Betty she was able to help me get the most money available to me. I even received the early advance within 1 hour onto my Jackson Hewitt card. Jackson Hewitt is the best.
Worked with Susan to complete my taxes. She has done a great job for me. She is very nice, professional, and definetly good at what she does. Also the building is nice, well kept, and they have implemented very good procedures to keep people safe during this pandemic. Great experience with filing my taxes.
