This is an update on my experience with the support I got from the IntegrateSun support team. I worked with Faris for 2 support issues which got resolved very quickly and efficiently. My Critterguard came out due to heavy storms in our area and Faris arranged for a tech to come out and get that fixed. While they were fixing the critter guard they saw that one of the panel had a crack and Faris and the team got that replaced very quickly. I would rate the support I got from the team at 5 stars.
I had my 14.1 kw system installed 2 years ago and still going strong. I did have a breaker issue that I reached out Faris Atal and got taken care of right away. It was not perfect since I had to find a local technician to come out however Faris took care of making sure the technician came out the next day and got my breaker fixed the next day. No company is perfect and would have some concerns if all of their reviews were perfect. However I am sharing my experience that I had a service call and got taken care of right away. They stood behind their workmanship guarantee. I am still a satisfied customer to this day.
