I am so happy I made the switch to Octopus. The customer service is excellent, prompt, and timely. My electric bill is fair and I never get any bills that are outrageous. Switching was so easy and such a smooth transition. I have had and shopped every electric company in north Texas and I have to say I have never been more pleased.

Revel provided excellent customer service to Memuna and me. She truthfully answered billing questions and also helped us setup auto pay. Octopus Energy should be proud to have Revel as their customer service representative.

After checking with almost every electricity service provider available, I found octopus energy to be the absolute lowest price! I even spent an hour inside Walmart talking to a Reliant Energy salesperson discussing this. I had created a spreadsheet of my last 3 years of electricity bills with the Just Energy electricity company. And researched almost every company available to me at the time of my renewal. This Reliant Energy representative was honest and told me about octopus energy and I'm so glad he did! The rates are absolutely the lowest.
