Houston Methodist Clear Lake ER treated me with urgency, kindness, concern, and a demonstrated intent to get me the help/treatment I needed. The follow-ups with my Methodist PCP office were the same.
Apparently Houston Methodist includes things like politeness, empathy and caring in their employee training. Not just the doctors, but the nurses, technicians, etc. are unfailingly caring and helpful. If you don't understand something, they will always take the time to make sure you do. If you need some extra help, they will be right there, and if you're uncomfortable, they will do whatever to fix the problem.
Whether it's my Primary care doctor, a specialist, someone who's doing some testing, or a person at the front desk - it's always a pleasant interaction. Best medical system I've ever seen!!
My visit at Houston Methodist medical this past week was great! I have the best doctor. Dr. Lindeman. All my questions answered, labs complete and a message the next day to tell me what to do next. As a 61 year old woman, knowing that my health concerns are prioritized is what keeps me returning to Houston Methodist.
