We called Horizon for a full AC install and Mr Javier is the one that came out. He was very cordial and professional. We truly appreciated his transparency and honesty. The price given was the best out there. Day of installation there was an accident with one of the techs stepping on drywall from the attic making a big hole in our ceiling. They sent someone out to repair and install a new ceiling fan. The dry wall installer did an amazing job. We are very happy with the purchase and the quality of care we received from all of them. I highly recommend Mr Javier Guerra and his team for your next HVAC install.

I called, and Jorge was immediately helpful. Within about 3 hours, he has sent Javier at my place for a free estimate. Javier checked everything, walked me through exactly what needed to be replaced (which I already expected), and gave me two clear options. No pressure, no runaround.
