One word to describe the service I received from The staff at Hollywood: COMPASSIONATEmom passed 3 months ago. It’s difficult to think about all that goes with the burial process when you are grieving but after a couple of calls moms marker has her date of death and we received the flower vases to complement both my moms and my dads burial markers.Thank you Yvonne for helping me accomplish this task. And also to Paula for directing me to the right person to make it happen.With much gratitudeEsther

I want to thank you for my new tummy you're obviously did things right with the people buried there and my daughter Abby and my daughter Mercedes are normal children there are people that you can turn to for help and you're one of them my sister found her resting place in August of last year here we are year after thank you she went to join her husband my brother-in-law even though they said he was there for on his own the new brother-in-law must be happy I know he didn't cause my tummy

All the staff very sweet.the lady in front office,writes down your concerns and reasures it will be addressed.then she calls when concern is tooken care of,which is not a long wait.Veronica paid close attention to my son an I,when she worked with us on my mom's headstone.and did a beautiful job.she sent me pic of stone before going forward an addressed any changes we had very quickly.im very happy with their services.my parents and grandparents on both sides are resting there.and I have two plots waiting.Hollywood Cemetery...Thank You?
