Freedom Comfort Systems provides excellent customer service, with easy rescheduling and quick diagnosis of problems. The team is friendly, honest, responsive, and truly cares about their customers. They go above and beyond, offering honest and efficient solutions for any HVAC related service. A full system inspection included a detailed report, which impressed customers enough to purchase a maintenance plan. For AC maintenance, a technician came out and did a thorough look at the system, providing a detailed recommendation and explaining the work step by step. A home warranty claim for a capacitor was completed in less than ten minutes, and a technician walked the property, sharing insights about each system. Communication is outstanding, making every step of the process seamless. The company is reliable and genuinely invested in helping customers. Freedom Comfort Systems is highly recommended without hesitation for anyone looking for an HVAC company.
The AC went out around 10 pm and my wife woke me up to let me know. I’m conditioned to heat. Came on here and posted a help ad. The owner called me maybe 15 minutes after the posting. He sent his guy that Thursday and Miguel and I where both stuck in traffic really close to each other Going on vacation the next day vacation in Puerto Rico win win! Nope out of the blue Texas thunder storm comes in. He was able to diagnose the issues and they sale a service which I purchased. Finally trying to be an adult. My brother Miguel works for Freedom Comfort Systems so I’ll be as unbiased as possible with my review.
Due to the crazy summer heat we’ve been running our AC constantly this summer. We noticed that our AC would not shut off between 12-3 and the temperature would stay around 79 -81 degrees even though the temp was set at 74. My brother was over one day and noticed that it was warm. He offered to take a look and to help him build his experience we told him to give it a look and see what Freedom has thought him. Freedom Comfort Systems exceeded our expectations from start to finish. They were responsive and quick to act, and the initial site visit made it clear they were genuinely trying to fix our existing system rather than just sell us something new.
When it became clear that our system had major issues, John and Shawn were incredibly helpful in walking us through replacement options — knowledgeable and thorough, but never pushy. Shawn's ability to break things down on-site was noted and appreciated, and John was patient and always readily available as we worked through financing.
